Round plug terminal extractors
A great advantage of our tools is their ergonomically shaped handle for improved handling. Each tool comes equipped with an automatic ejector to which the sleeve for the round plug connection is attached. It is used for extracting round plug terminals and systems, or for extracting pin and jack contacts.
The most important dimension when selecting a tool is the outer diameter of the terminal at the point where the locking lugs are located (extraction size).
Extraction principle
1 Insert the round plug terminal extractor into the extraction channel. Important: Relieve the strain on the terminal on the cable side.
2 Actuate the tool (apply pressure) until the terminal is ejected.
3 The ejected terminal can now be removed.
